BILLY TE KAHIKA JNR PETITION – ‘THIS IS NOT PROSECUTION, THIS IS PERSECUTION’ BILLY TE KAHIKA JNR ALSO EXPRESSED CONCERN FOR HIS SAFETY SHOULD HE BE IMPRISONED. Last month civil liberties leaders Billy Te Kahika Jnr and Vinny Eastwood were found guilty in a judge-alone trial of breaching lockdown regulations by organising a public protest.
