This is an edit that I have sweated over all day overcoming technical difficulties and extreme nervous tension of an hour-long discussion between Billy the Kahika and Vinny Eastwood. My aim is to edit out the more extraneous parts of the interview to bring out the most important and a salient points.
In the process I have repeated some parts of the discussion but rather than striving for perfection I have left them in.

An edited discussion between Billy te Kahika and Vinny
One good section that I accidentally left out was a good
explanation by Vinny of how you can tell whether an official
is telling the truth or lying.
He tells the story of a woman who drove her car into a river
killing her two children and then goes to the police with the
story of a tragic accident. When challenged whether she
killed them or not she replies “do I look like the sort of person
who would do that sort of thing”.
So it is with politicians and officials; when asked a simple “yes-
or no” question they can never answer but can only obfuscate.
That is what we are seeing.
