I have a courier parcel on its way from Auckland but have no faith in it arriving any time soon. Things are falling apart quickly.

My note on Facebook
A visit to the bank
I just went down to my ANZ Petone branch because I cannot sign into my banking app to be met by a sign which said the branch is closed because they want to keep staff and customers “safe” on account of covid but referred people to the Lower Hutt branch.
How am I to read this? That the virus is keeping one bank safe while the other is not.
It is a lie.
My suspicion is they are getting ready to close the branch because of changes in banking to cashless.
But why do they close a branch which is already only open 3 days a week?
Things are changing rapidly and we are getting told nothing of what it is really about.
In the meantime they are saying it will take 5 days to get a couriered parcel from Auckland to Lower Hutt, “because of Covid”.
