Dr. Robert Malone is attacking Dr. McCullough and suing Dr. Breggin and Dr. Jane Ruby
I had had wind of all this a few days ago from an email sent to me.
It wasn’t until today when I saw this.

I am indeed being sued for $25 million by Dr. Robert Malone for defamation. These claims are baseless and will be proven baseless.

I am not of the nature to attack anyone and I have been very averse to the way in which people use terms like “controlled opposition” so loosely. It is upsetting to learn that Dr. Malone is suing the likes of Dr. Peter McCullough and now Dr. Jane Ruby.
It seems to have an element of the rich and well-placed going after the less so.
I am at a loss to find an explanation for all this but can’t help wonder if it is to do with “Died Suddenly”, the revelations by the embalmers and now what is being revealed about what is inside the vials.
This may take the attention away from mRNA in the “vaccines” and from Dr. Malone himself.
Is that it?
I honestly don’t know.
It’s up to you to decide.

Dr. Robert Malone Attacks and Maligns Leading Freedom Fighters
Dr. McCullough is a dear friend and a hero to us. I frequently describe him on the air as the most important and most courageous scientist in the health freedom movement and even in the entire worldwide medical community at this critical time in history. McCullough has endured significant hardships that less courageous and less ethical physicians and scientists have avoided by not speaking out. For Malone to add to Dr. McCullough’s burdens, or even to distract him in any way, is a tragic betrayal of a man who initially welcomed him into the movement.
We do not know Harvey Risch, MD, Ph.D., as well as Dr. McCullough, but I have had the honor to formally interview Dr. Risch and talk with him privately. He shares with Dr. McCullough a genuineness and a gentleness that is uncommon in very successful physicians and academics. Like nearly everyone in the health freedom movement, we have followed his amazingly insightful and accurate analyses of COVID-19. Dr. Risch is one of the most dignified, honorable, brave, and effective physicians and scientists that most of us have ever known. And like Dr. McCullough, he is an outstanding worldwide health freedom movement leader and an individual who cordially tries to avoid professional conflicts.
Malone’s Excuse for Attacking Drs. McCullough and Risch
Malone generally attacks people whom he sees as in professional competition with him or who have criticized him, especially about his concept of “mass psychosis.” Along with many others, we have been concerned that his personally invented diagnosis of “mass psychosis” will be “weaponized” and used to psychiatrically attack those who reject the establishment narrative about its intentions. We are also concerned that Malone’s rejection of research confirming well-established conspiracies among the wealthiest and most powerful elite and institutions will prevent victims of oppression from identifying and dealing with their oppressors. Overall, many are concerned that the concept “mass psychosis” will blunt the health freedom and the overall freedom movement by blaming “totalitarianism” on the victims rather than on enemies we can identify and defeat.3
Despite the importance of the above controversies and criticisms of Malone, Malone’s attacks on his critics are usually on them personally while ignoring the issues. Here are Malone’s expressed reasons for attacking Drs. McCullough and Risch:
“On a related note, I learned last night that Drs. Peter McCullough and Harvey Risch have joined a company that is promoting overpriced vitamins, nutraceuticals, and telemedicine. The Wellness Company. This firm is headed up by a physician formerly with the Global Covid Summit group, and is now quite antagonistic to us. This firm is controlled by Mr. Foster Colson, head of the Colson group…”
Malone probably learned about the new company because Drs. McCullough and Risch were on journalist Christine Dolan’s show, the night of October 2, 2022, openly discussing their project.4
The Wellness Company is based partly on the now-deceased physician Zev Zelenko, his ideas, and his proven supplements: “This was one of Dr. Vladimir Zelenko’s final projects, and something that he strongly believed was necessary to revolutionize the entire landscape of healthcare.” Mission Statement– The Wellness Company (twc.health)
Zev Zelenko, MD, was one of the bravest, most resourceful, and most pioneering members of all the heroes of the freedom movement. He also made among the greatest personal, professional, and financial sacrifices. Along with Dr. McCullough, he was another dear friend of ours—like family to us—and he helped me to reach closer to God.
It is distressing that Malone is now attacking not only a source of income for Drs. McCullough and Risch, but also for Zev Zelenko’s large, bereaved family. The Wellness Company is also a source of valuable, trustworthy services for a public in great need of them.
What also rankles is that Malone’s Deep State connections, which enabled him to gather 10 billion dollars in grants in one five-year period, have almost certainly made him a multi-millionaire.5 Despite his wealth, which in some people produces humility and a desire to help, Malone wants to malign two men who continue to give so much to the freedom health movement and hamper their efforts to participate in an honorable and highly ethical business.
The third Wellness Company member he ridicules, Foster Colson, is a wealthy entrepreneur. He is the Founder and CEO of the company, and the quality of his organization speaks to a substantial investment.
Why is Malone attacking these two men? I suspect it’s because, whatever they thought in the past, they no longer support Malone’s dangerous ideology.
Malone’s History of Attacking Competitors and Critics
In addition to Malone’s recent attacks on Drs. McCullough and Risch, and in addition to attacking me, he has also attacked courageous journalists Stew Peters and pioneering researcher Dr. Jane Ruby, both leaders in the health freedom movement.6 He has also recently attacked Clay Clark,7 developer of the amazing Reawaken America tour. All three have hosted critics of Dr. Malone’s concept of mass psychosis on their shows or venues, and Stew Peters and Jane Ruby have themselves been critical of Malone’s ideology.
According to my recent conversations with Judy Mikovits, Ph.D. and her closest supporters, Malone has attacked the virology researcher. Dr. Mikovits is one the most revered, good-natured, and gentle people in the health freedom movement and star of the documentary film Plandemic, which more than one billion people have seen. She, too has been critical of Malone’s concepts.
Malone has called my relationships with Stew Peters, Dr. Jane Ruby, and Judy Mikovits a conspiracy to attack him. In reality, Dr. Mikovits, who helped orient me to the field of virology in relation to COVID-19, is a longstanding friend; but until Malone recently attacked Judy, we never discussed him. Stew and Dr. Ruby each knew me casually from a few media interviews but never had any serious off-camera discussions until Malone recently attacked the three of us on the same radio show.
Except for Malone’s attack on Drs. Risch and McCullough, I have not discussed the details of his verbal assaults on people. I have cited the sources, but I will not repeat such outlandish slurs.
Malone has also attacked Alex Berenson, hinting that Berenson has a mental disorder, which I will not name.8 It is against the AMA regulations for a physician to diagnose a public figure that the doctor has not evaluated.9 It is even worse for a physician to do it to gain an advantage over the other person in a conflict. Berenson is another leader in the health freedom movement, a former New York Times science writer, and probably the first and most effective mainstream journalist to dare to criticize the prevailing COVID-19 narrative.
At this point, it appears that Dr. Malone is trying to bully the leadership of the movement into stopping any criticism of his ideology.
A Great Journalist—Writer—Historian Was Among the First to Suspect Malone
Malone’s escalating attacks on leaders of the health freedom movement, and the disruption he is causing, are consistent with the early observations and predictions by journalist and researcher Diana West. Diana is the author of American Betrayal: The Secret Assault on Our Nation’s Character (2013), a book that digs deeply into the infiltration of the Roosevelt administration and the West by Communists during World War II and thereafter. It is one of the most important books I have ever read and years ago helped prepare me to research and write COVID-19 and the Global Predators (2021) with my wife, Ginger.
I’m not at all suggesting, and I do not believe that Malone is a Communist. But Malone himself has admitted that many people have feared that his true allegiance is with the establishment, making him “controlled opposition” planted in the group but serving the establishment. Malone occasionally brings up this accusation, and he has tried to defend himself against it.10
On January 28, 2022, Diana published what is still the most ominous and thorough analysis of Malone’s Deep State background and his activities within the health freedom group. She published her report on January 28, 2022, at a time when she and I had lost touch with each other, and we were not aware we were both examining Dr. Malone’s work. She titled her detailed essay “Dr. Robert Malone: A Risk Analysis,” which should be read by all concerned.11 Here is one sequence of her observations:
Did Robert Malone, Mr. mRNA himself, come out and warn the American public against the hasty, unsafe coronavirus mRNA “vaccine”? No. I guess he abandoned his own risk assessment, because he also says he got “jabbed” himself early on and “almost died” of his second Moderna shot.
Did he warn the public about that? No.
I would like to know why not. Listening to that same fall 2021 Malone-Peters interview, I wondered if the reason might be because he did not want to interrupt a sequence of planned events.
Listen to Malone describe what many of us call the “plandemic:”
“Where I’m at now is what we’re observing is a scripted response that has been pioneered in multiple war games by a small cadre of individuals, largely at Johns Hopkins University, largely funded by Bill and Melinda Gates and the World Economic Forum – that’s all true — involving multiple government officials. And as the war games become more sophisticated — and I’ve participated in some of these, too. However, not the Hopkins‘ one, and that’s, that’s why the strategy that Peter [Navarro] and I have advocated (of course, we were labeled right-wing kooks) in the Washington Times is still a very balanced approach: jab the elders and the ones at high risk.”
That’s some pretty jaw-dropping information flowing there, at least right up to a sentence-ending non-sequiturs about his balanced approach to the “jab.”
Diana concludes:
My own “risk assessment”?
Something tells me “the current data” is sure to change, Robert Malone should not be at the helm, and I don’t want to let time go by before mentioning it. [Emphases added]
Malone’s Documented History of Threatening People Who Criticize or Seemingly Compete with Him for Attention
Malone has been attacking and intimidating people who are not even in the freedom movement but who threaten him in some way.
The February 19, 2022, issue of The Scientist summarizes one encounter:12
Malone has also pursued people who have disagreed with him or have not given him what he says is due credit. In mid-2021, biochemist and mRNA-vaccine co-developer Katalin Karikó, who has been featured in multiple news stories about the vaccines, told The Atlantic,13 that Malone had emailed her to accuse her of inflating her accomplishments. “This is not going to end well,” he told her in the email. Malone told the Atlantic that the message was not intended as a threat. [emphases added]
Would you feel threatened if someone who was in angry conflict with you warned you in writing, “This is not going to end well”?
I am not trying to make a personal attack on Malone but to document that he—and not this writer—has been the attacker, not only against me, but against many people in our movement.
We are not motivated by personal animosity. Both my wife Ginger and I have spent many decades standing up for freedom, sometimes at grave risk to ourselves, and we would have burned out if we harbored anger and resentment. I have given more time to my volunteer reform work than to any other single aspect of my life since I began volunteering in a state mental hospital as a Harvard student in 1954.14 And, of course, he only attacked me earlier because my background as a psychiatrist and historian of psychiatry prepared me to see the dangers in his pushing his concept of “mass psychosis” on the world.
Many people are now aware of the dangers in Malone’s concept of “mass psychosis” but did not speak out until we criticized Desmet’s book, The Psychology of Totalitarianism, which provided some of the intellectual basis for Malone’s concept of “mass psychosis.” As we document in this report, even Mattias Desmet is critical of Malone’s use of “mass psychosis” (see below).
Desmet’s Reluctance About Malone’s Invented Concept of Mass Psychosis
We have strong evidence that Dr. Malone did invent “mass psychosis”—or at least is promoting it on someone else’s behalf—but Malone has become increasingly adamant, including currently,15 saying that Desmet and other people invented it. Is he turning on his partner Desmet, and if so, why?
At least two videos in 2022 show conversations between Malone and Desmet, which confirm Malone’s authorship of the concept of “mass psychosis.” In the videos, Desmet tries to distance himself from it by citing “ethical” and other differences in meaning from what Malone is trying to say with the word “psychosis.” This is from a European documentary about Desmet and Malone:16
Headwind 2 – The Round Table
Desmet: And then Robert mentioned me at the Joe Rogan’s [famous podcast], and he added the term to the term mass formation. And that was very successful, I think. It made me famous around the world.
[laughter]
Malone: Or infamous—
Desmet: Or infamous, yes.
Desmet: [to Malone] I doubt it a little bit–
Interviewer: The term, the term that he added was? [over laughter] The term that he added was?
Desmet: Psychosis. Psychosis. So, I always use the term mass formation. Just referring actually–simply to the formation of a mass or a crowd in a society and then Robert added the term psychosis to it. Which made it a little more sensational, I think.
Interviewer: [interrupts and laughs] Edgy—
Desmet: And made it spread around the world, but of course, at the same time, it may be added, well, from an ethical, pragmatic, and intellectual point of view ah it makes the term have a different meaning or a different connotation it depends a little bit. But it was a—a very good move to make the theory famous around the world, yeah?
The mood is light-hearted, with frequent and often self-conscious laughs. Both men seem to agree that the fame more than justifies using the term “mass psychosis” despite Desmet’s “ethical, pragmatic and intellectual” concerns.
Here are Desmet and Malone again in a separate video on January 4, 2022:17
Malone: Ah, that’s my summary of my understanding of his [Desmet’s] teaching. Now please, fix me fix what I got wrong.
Desmet: Ah I agree with pretty much everything you said, Robert. I would underline a few small differences such as the fact—and add some things, of course, here and there. For instance, I didn’t use the term mass formation psychosis. I prefer the term mass formation because in my opinion as a psychologist, a clinical psychologist you have to be very careful with using diagnostic terms because they can easily have a stigmatizing meaning and [Malone vigorously holds his hands up as if to say “stop”] they are both an-an unethical—an unethical—from an ethical and also from a pragmatic perspective can they be a little counterproductive, I think. Um, but a—
Malone: If can interduct [sic] to your point I just had that discussion with Brett Weinstein half an hour ago and he made exactly the same comment is that is that the term psychosis is inherently creating a barrier to ah comprehension and acceptance of the theory by those that might be ah threatened by the use of that term for exactly what you’re saying. So thank you for that reprimanding correction–
In these videos, it is taken for granted that Malone invented the concept and then promoted it, but that Desmet has serious concerns about it. Perhaps Malone is trying to deflect the severe criticism of his using the concept, but he shows no signs of retracting it. This is confusing, of course, but what really matters is that Malone by himself is responsible for getting world attention with the clever but dangerous phrase, “mass psychosis.”
Compared to who is pushing it now, it is not nearly as important to know who invented the term “mass psychosis” or who used it first. What matters now is Dr. Malone has been using his medical authority to make the concept famous and is pushing it with all his might in the face, as he admits, of criticism from many people, including Desmet.
Malone’s Friend Calls on Him to Let Go Of “Mass Psychosis”
In the same recent substack, Malone attacked his own “trusted colleague and supporter,” who suggested that Malone give up the concept of mass psychosis because so many people are concerned about it and urged trying to find common ground. Here is Malone’s excerpt from the message from his close unnamed associate:18
“The addition of psychosis to that phrase has caused psychiatrist[s] like Breggin to protect against what they fear is the “weaponization of psychiatry.” I know Mattias (and I assume you) is against the use of the word, but it needs to be made very clear out there. Apparently, in the documentary that featured the both of you, there was something said in jest about the use of “psychosis.” I’ve not seen this moment, but from what I’ve heard, the way this was expressed, with laughter, has raised concerns that it was an intentional ploy to gain attention. Does Mattias say something to the effect of, “it made me famous?” That’s was [sic] one persons interpretation, which might be totally off. I don’t know.”
After quoting this and other advice from his friend, Malone expresses his hurt and anger, and seemingly tries to make his colleague feel guilty for adding to Malone’s suffering (which is a repeated theme in his substacks):
“Well, there it is. The false narrative being promoted by detractors has come back at me stated as truth from a supporter, who (with the best of intent) is offering to mediate a resolution to a bunch of lies. And having read it while on the stage, getting ready to speak, I decided to respond. That was probably the wrong decision, but this text message was like a mind worm—once infected, my mind could not let it rest.” (bold in original)
Malone quotes his unnamed “trusted colleague and supporter” at such length, it was easy for me to identify him. He, too is very important to the health freedom movement and, like others, we have described as under Malone’s attack, is a very gentle soul who was taking an uncharacteristic risk by making suggestions to his friend Malone about his conduct.
A Final Question
Finally, we must ask, “Why would Robert Malone—who has shown no prior interest in the psychological basis of politics, or in either psychology or politics for that matter—seem to invent and then insist on publicizing such an extreme and even bizarre concept? Why would he do so, even to the point of unethically attacking others who are critical of it? How has this concept become so central to his identity, purposes, or goals?
It seems unlikely he is promoting and so vigorously defending mass psychosis out of his own self-interest or personal commitment. As far as we can ascertain, this kind of subject is not a part of his lifestyle or history, and, as documented in this report, he even denies what seems to be his admitted authorship of it.
But as a psychiatrist with decades of expertise in the arena of politicizing and weaponizing psychiatry, I am deeply concerned that the diagnosis of mass psychosis is ideal for weaponizing psychiatry for the diagnosis of dissenters for mass incarceration and abuse. Many of us in the U.S. and Europe suspect that the origin of “mass psychosis” is from within the establishment enemies of individual and political freedom—from the same government and industry connections which Malone himself has thoroughly documented and even boasted about in his resumes and elsewhere.19
It is becoming more apparent that Malone’s agenda goes beyond supporting the dangerous concept of “mass psychosis.” It now appears that he is trying, one by one, to take down the leadership of the health freedom movement. This would fit with the suspicions that others, like Diana West, have had about him—that he is here precisely to undermine the health freedom movement. If so, he is now zeroing in on the goal by attacking the leaders, hoping to demoralize and divide them.

Peter Breggin MD & Ginger Breggin
Peter Breggin MD and Ginger Ross Breggin have been married and working together for almost 40 years. Peter is known as “The Conscience of Psychiatry” for his many decades of successful reform work in mental health. He has published more than 20 medical and popular books, several coedited or coauthored by Ginger, including the huge bestseller Talking Back to Prozac. ER Editor: Malone has aroused the suspicion of many people, including credible voices such as Karen Kingston and Dr. Jane Ruby. How could the ‘inventor’ of mRNA (or at least one of the developers of it, embedded as he has been in deep state operations that produced it) really be a plausible critic of it, as he proceeded to attack the Covid ‘vaccines’ he helped develop? How could he even develop it with a clear conscience when it was known to be so toxic? (Allegedly, he got caught by the injectable product he took twice, with personal physician Dr. Meryl Nass competently helping him out of the dire health crisis he found himself in.)
Malone recently attacked Stew Peters‘ video, Died Suddenly, in a highly insulting way while silently refusing Peters’ offer to appear on his show. And now he’s going after an aging psychiatrist, Dr. Peter Breggin, and his wife for a colossal sum of money on dubious charges of being personally attacked by Breggin over the mass formation psychosis theory. Breggin has sussed Malone out, in our opinion. And Breggin isn’t alone in being targeted by Malone, apparently: he’s also gone after Dr. Peter McCullough and Dr. Harvey Risch.

It gives an indication as to why, all of a sudden, Desmet would spring to prominence. We know perfectly well by now that people and their theories don’t get any air time unless somebody in power wants them to.

This has gotten out of hand! Dr. Robert Malone now sues the Breggins (Dr. Peter Breggin) for $25 Million; the Complaint that is filed in court focuses on scientific & public political disagreements
The fundaments surround the Breggin’s criticism of Malone’s concept of mass formation psychosis; why would this lawsuit be brought? Over this? I must be dreaming; we should be united!
This is a shocking development! Very sad too.
I am urging that people step back. That Dr. Malone steps back and pulls back and finds a way to discuss his grievance with Dr. Breggin. We have to work this out else the other side wins and gets what they want. That calmer heads prevail. This is not the way to go and I am sure they can address this with a side bar and without this heavy handed approach. There is no need for this and we are in a battle of our lifetime against radical insane deepstate criminals with their COVID madness and we must unify. We face a cabal hell bent on bringing us to heel using COVID to remove all freedoms and liberties and to ransack and re-arrange the world. Breggins are stellar people and to make this step, then Dr. Malone is engaging in the very same actions that have plagued us, this being moving to chill and silence people you do not agree with. IMO this is what the effect will be and IMO and based on the fact I am not a legal scholar, this will get tossed out as frivolous and vexatious. No merit.
Dr. Malone, you joined our movement and fight and we have shared the podium with you to bring the message. I admire you. You may not know it but folk like Breggin welcomed you to join the fight so it is disheartening it has gone sour and I urge and plead that this be reconciled. I urge you to step back and recognize Dr. Breggin is not the enemy. Your enemy is CDC, NIH, FDA, Bourla, Bancel, if you are on the right side of history. I have no reason to think you are not. ‘At the ages of 71 and 86, Ginger and I are in the fight of our lives. In all our years of doing reform work, no individual and no group has ever been so intensively and persistently attacking us on a personal level as Dr. Robert Malone — starting ever since August 2022 when we criticized his concept of mass formation psychosis in depth without even mentioning his name.1

Dr. Robert W. Malone filed a lawsuit on October 30, 2022, against Peter R. Breggin MD and Ginger Breggin, seeking damages for $25,350,000.00 or $25 million for short.
Why would Dr. Malone make his claim so large — over 25 million dollars? The effect of what he is doing should be obvious. It threatens us with financial ruin and ties up our energies. Does he want to make us too afraid and too exhausted to criticize his public policy theories and his numerous highly destructive attacks on leaders of the health freedom movement?
The defamation suit (meaning libel, and slander) was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia (Charlottesville Division). Service has been discussed between the lawyers for both sides and agreed to, but it has not been completed. The suit, already filed and ready to be unleashed, has had a suppressive impact on our planning and activities over the past two weeks.
Contrary to some rumors, we have never made “personal attacks” against him, and indeed the Complaint that is filed in court focuses on our scientific and public political disagreements with him. However, Malone’s defamation claims focus on our public policy differences. Much of it relates to opinions and analyses we already documented in our book COVID-19 and the Global Predators: We Are the Prey.
We have not defamed Malone. In our entire 110-plus combined years of reform work, no one has ever threatened us with a defamation suit, because we simply do not defame people.
Dr. Malone’s Unprecedented Attacks On Us, Exceeded Only by One, Decades Ago
Except for one occasion, we have never had to endure such personal attacks. Not even from the psychosurgeons in the 1970s whose lobotomy practices my international campaign closed down and whose research institute led by Harvard’s director of neurosurgery lost all its government funding.2 Not even from the electroshock company and their cabal that in 2018 was forced by my medical/legal report in a product case to inform the FDA and the medical world that shock treatment causes brain damage.3 Not even the U.S. government agency director who lost his job and his many other compromised colleagues whose eugenical, racist program Ginger and I forced to shut down. Their huge interagency program was about to be funded by Congress to do eugenical research on “inner-city children” from in the womb to adulthood to find biological and genetic causes for their alleged propensity for violence.
The One More Dangerous Set of Circumstances
The only other time in our lives that we have been so threatened was in the early 1990s. I had been approved as the single medical expert confirmed by a federal judge to review all the discovery from Eli Lilly regarding alleged harms from Prozac for a consortium of attorneys handling approximately 150 cases involving suicide, murder, and psychosis.
Of course, Eli Lilly, tried to discredit me in a myriad of ways, but the federal judge approved my credentials for appointment as the sole scientific expert for reviewing discovery, and the judge for the first trial would do the same. I was qualified to testify not only about psychiatric drugs but also about the corporate and FDA approval process. I was empowered by the courts to have access to all of Eli Lilly’s secret files about the development and marketing of Prozac, including all their clinical trials and all FDA correspondence.
What Near-Disaster Happened Next?
My position as the central scientific expert for all the dozens of lawsuits against Eli Lilly was not merely a threat to that one drug company. Multiple other companies had Prozac-like drugs, such as Zoloft and Paxil coming down the pipeline. Many financial interests had motives to do what happened next. In fact, we had many threats against our lives and contacted the FBI about one of them. We consulted with local police about wearing vests and carrying a gun, both of which we eventually decided not to do.
As we were getting nearer to my initial deposition against Eli Lilly. Everyone in our house became progressively sicker from week to week. I, Ginger and our daughter became chronically ill with exhaustion and with dry nagging upper respiratory infections. Multiple visits to physicians could find no cause. This went on, probably for a couple of months, until a plumber on a routine job was aghast to find that someone had entered our basement and removed the chimneys from the converted oil burner and the gas water heater, spilling fumes and particles into the house.
We Are Not Complainers
We are not complainers, and we have rarely talked about what we have been through as freedom fighters together for the past forty years and decades before then as individuals. Nor do we feel sorry for ourselves. By our deeds, we have earned our enemies, and the good that has come from our work has confirmed our choice on how to live.
Before we were together and then as a team, we have each searched our souls when something evil has appeared on our horizon. Our impulse has always been to step forward to take on the challenge, but in recent decades we have learned first to determine if we are especially equipped to deal with the threat and if others can and will do the job as well or better. We went through this process before deciding to take on COVID-19 totalitarianism, and we ended up writing what remains the single deepest and broadest investigation into predatory globalism — COVID-19 and the Global Predators: We Are the Prey. We did it again when we decided not to back down from Dr. Malone’s initial threats to sue us. No other psychiatrist in the world was better equipped than me to understand the risks and dangers of mass formation psychosis and to explain them to the public.
Our own personal safety has never been our ultimate standard for taking action — and we have been blessed with a feeling of being protected when we have decided to make a stand about something we deem to be of great importance in respect to human well-being and freedom.
We have at times been penniless as a result of our reform efforts, but separately and then together, we were always young enough to feel confident we could recover. But now, at our ages, the lawsuit by Robert Malone does threaten financial ruin.
Is Dr. Malone merely protecting himself and his new career transition from the man who “invented mRNA vaccines”4 — one of the worst disasters in human history — to the man who is leading the health freedom fight on a worldwide level? Or is Malone’s mass psychosis concept being further developed and used by others, such as the Department of Defense or the intelligence community? Malone has boasted about this Deep State background:5
“I have historically worked with people who have been truly Deep State intelligence community. I have decades of experience in biodefense. I have been deep in the belly of the beast. I have won literally billions of dollars for my clients in grants and contracts. I have managed hundreds of millions of dollars in grants and contracts in the vaccine space.”
Malone has stated that these Deep State connections have been severed and no longer have influence over him.
The Escalation of Malone’s Threats
We first heard from Malone through emails to us on August 6 and 7, 2022, ten days after we published criticism of Mattias Desmet’s book, The Psychology of Totalitarianism. Malone has used Desmet’s concepts to develop his concept of mass formation psychosis. We invited Malone to come on my TV/radio show and later on to join me on someone else’s venue, but he never responded to us and later verbally attacked one of the venues that invited him to debate me.
Next, on September 5, 2022, on a short phone call, Malone issued the first legal threat against me and hung up immediately:
Voice (very dark, demanding tone): Is this Dr. Peter Breggin?
Me (hesitantly): Yes…(thinking it’s spam and ready to hang up)
Voice (continuing dark and demanding): This is Dr. Malone. Why are you targeting me? I will have to send you a cease and desist letter.
Me: Are you threatening me? (Then calling to Ginger, who’s nearby) Ginger, it’s Malone on the phone.
Ginger (entering my office): What’s he saying?
Me: I’ll put him on speaker.
(Malone hangs up.)
On his substack the following day, Malone referred to reading my comments about his phone call to me. He even provided a link to my column without denying my description of it. But within a short time afterward, he seemingly had second thoughts about confirming the call and deleted it from the end of his substack.6
After that, on September 26, 2022, his attorney, Steven Bliss, sent us a Demand Letter that included other defendants, mainly on the grounds of their interviewing or publishing us. The letter demanded retractions, apologies, and money for compensation:
Dr. Malone demands that you retract the false and defamatory Statements, is a written apology, and fairly and fully compensate him for the presumed and actual damages suffered, including loss of income, insult, pain, humiliation, embarrassment, mental suffering, and injury to his reputation. P. 4
The Demand Letter also cited legal cases to threaten us with the large amounts of money we would have to pay if they sued us. Our attorney briefly replied that the demands were unacceptable and the allegations untrue.
We began to learn more about Dr. Malone’s threats and criticism of other leaders of the health freedom movement. We felt that someone needed to alert the community to these disruptive and harmful events which were creating conflict among people. On October 6, 2022, on America Out Loud, we published “Dr. Robert Malone Attacks and Maligns Leading Freedom Fighters,”7 citing attacks on his substack against Peter A. McCullough MD, Harvey Risch MD, and the Wellness Company to which they belong.
Twenty-five days after our column exposing his attacks on others, on October 30, 2022, Malone filed the lawsuit against us for the more than $25 million. In accordance with our attorneys’ warnings, we have written nothing more about him or his suing us — until now.
Examples of Dr. Malone’s Recent Actions that Harm the Health Freedom Movement
On October 19, 2022, an extreme left-wing magazine, The Daily Beast, quoted an interview with Malone about his April 26, 2022 Demand Letter sent to Ginger and me, as well as to other entities.8 In his interview with the Daily Beast, Malone attacks journalists Stew Peters and Jane Ruby by name and mentions us as “two allied conspiracy theorists” without naming us. Malone’s motives in making available to the Daily Beast the contents of this relatively private Demand Letter are unclear, but the result is a grand humiliation of the health freedom movement. The Daily Beast declares in its headline, “Inside the Anti-Vaxxer Civil War.” Yet Malone regularly presents himself as wanting to bring people together and end conflict in the movement.
Based on earlier experience, Malone should have anticipated that dealing with the Daily Beast would result in negative propaganda against people in the health freedom movement. Malone had a verbal conflict on the air on Fox News with Alex Berenson, a former New York Times reporter who is known for in-depth analysis of the failings of COVID narrative. The Daily Beast quoted a Malone substack where he fumed at Berenson after incident — and the Daily Beast must have delighted to title their piece, Fox News’ Favorite Anti-Vaxxer Guests Are at War.9
Ironically, Dr. Malone makes speeches complaining that “something” is tearing our movement apart.10
Our Relevant Background and Motives for Publically Criticizing Malone
I have been called “The Conscience of Psychiatry” for protecting children, women, older people, and other vulnerable groups from psychiatric abuse.11 I have written more than 70 scientific articles, most of them on these reform themes, and more than twenty medical and popular books on the same subjects, several coauthored by Ginger Breggin.12 My work has been endorsed by many wonderful people.13
I have opposed psychiatry’s reliance on drugs and opposed all use of electroshock and psychosurgery, also called lobotomy and psychiatric surgery. In the early 1970s, in a several-year-long campaign working with the U.S. Congress and many others, I stopped the worldwide resurgence of lobotomy and other forms of psychosurgery.14 Projects throughout the U.S. and North America shut down, and probably some in India and Japan. My efforts included writing legislation and successfully lobbying for a Psychosurgery Commission, which found the treatment too experimental for clinical use. I testified in the Kaimowitz trial and helped establish the comparison between state mental hospitals and concentration camps, leading the three-judge pan to apply the Nuremberg Code protects to the inmates of state hospitals. The trial also led federal agencies to stop their psychosurgery programs at NIH and the VA.
In the 1990s, led by Ginger, we stopped a massive eugenical program funded by the federal government. The government was starting to fund a multi-agency investigation into the biological and genetic causes of violence in “inner city” children.15 To document and describe this lengthy, arduous and successful campaign, and other issues surrounding psychiatric oppression, we wrote The War Against Children of Color.
We also began to criticize Prozac in the 1990s and other antidepressants in-depth and we coauthored Talking Back to Prozac. I began to testify more frequently against the pharmaceutical industry in product liability cases on behalf of injured patients or their families. Painful lessons about the pharmaceutical industry and federal government agencies prepared Ginger and me to research and write COVID-19 and the Global Predators: We Are the Prey.
In the last six months of 2019, leading up to COVID, we began an organized drive to stop the use of a new FDA-approved device for treating ADHD.16 The device involved placing two electrodes on children’s foreheads and stimulating their brains all night by pushing electrical impulses backward up the trigeminal nerve into the brain. It hammers the brain with an unrelenting abnormal electrical/mechanical impulse that could do nothing but harm the brain. It was a prescription for disaster. The FDA studies were too short and too small to determine anything positive but did reveal potentially serious adverse effects. The company stopped pushing the device, and very little was heard about again for several years. It seemed to have fizzled. But recently, in October 2022, the company is once again promoting it, and I’m looking into resuming our professional and public campaign against the bizarretranshumanistic machine.17
As a psychiatrist, I also have a lifelong commitment to stopping abusive, politicized psychiatry, as exemplified in the USSR and now in Communist China — a trend we are now seeing in cases drawn to our attention in the U.S. involving the use ofpsychiatric diagnoses against doctors and others who challenge the establishment narrative for COVID-19.
What We Have Decided
Ginger and I have been working together for forty years on these projects, and I had been a psychiatric reformer for more than thirty years before we married. Combined, we have over 110 years of standing up for vulnerable people and for freedom.
Although we often spend more than half the week on reform work, we never take money for it and instead finance it ourselves. Over the years, I have earned most of my income from doing individual and couples therapy, helping people withdraw from psychiatric drugs, and offering medical expert testimony and consultations. After COVID-19 began, in August 2020, I finished work on my pro bono 62,000-word medical and psychiatric expert report for attorney Tom Renz that helped to stop the Governor of Ohio’s relentless emergency edicts.18
We will continue to write and speak, and to join others in collaborative work about any and all public issues that draw on our special areas of commitment, knowledge, expertise, and experience. Few things could be more threatening at our age than being sued for the first time in our lives with a demand for enough money to wipe us out several times over. This late in our lives — I am 86, and Ginger is 71 — we will not betray our lifelong devotion to human wellbeing and human freedom. We will not be silenced — we will continue to stand up for freedom of speech and for our reform work which increasingly focuses on freedom in America and around the world.

It is our governments and IMO bad, malevolent, dark intent people (we will define them in time yet we have a good idea who many are) waging against us and we must wake up and respond. It involves government agencies seeking to damage and destroy the USA. We the people, while enroute.
Now, to Stew and Dr. Malone’s request to surrender and play ‘nice’ and in effect, pull an Emily Oster AMNESTY on us. I say NEVER! NEVER will we surrender and play nice, never EVER, we want justice and accountability and we seek to put the boot on the necks of these beasts who did this and return fire IN KIND, 10 fold, figuratively.
So what if there is hyperbole by Stew? So what? The left uses it all the time and uses lies. Fraud and lies and filth and attacks (physical, all how) on their enemies etc. They fight dirty and to win! So, Stew understands that and fights them the only way he knows how to win! He seeks to win, not play around!
Stew is unique, and like Alex Jones, enrages you, and kind of like me, ;-). We are very passionate about this issue (lockdown lunacy and the fraud fake mRNA vaccines) for we are angry, we see the deaths, and it is the fraud of COVID response and the vaccines yet it is in the delivery, and Stew is balls to the walls. He takes no prisoners and I love it! I know there are always going to be errors, like how there are errors in my work, your work, Risch’s work, McCullough’s, little unforced errors at times, people do not intend to make them. Mistakes. But look at the difficult topics and we are talking deaths here. And Stew gets emotional too. He is invested in this, he is hurt by what he sees happening to Americans and global citizens, to children. I applaud him, big bravery on his part. Stew has many friends as police and military, present and ex and he knows for he is on top of the science, that they are vaccine injured and many will get severely ill and die in time. He is angered and he wants to help them. He wants answers and he has his way of informing the nation and getting information.
So can everyone calm down, enjoy the documentary, as I did, take a chill pill and get off Stew’s back and give the homie some credit for doing WHAT YOU DID NOT DO and you CANNOT DO. He ‘reaches’ people when most cannot, in ways most cannot. Already there are 10 million views of his video (November 27th 2022).
And come on Dr. Malone, you are something, you are hitting Stew while praising Kirsch. You are too funny! You lost me there. Steve Kirsch is as much this documentary as Stew and I give praise to Steve for he showed emotions and real humanity. I saw a part of Steve I had not seen before so Steve, huge hugs my brother. So if you savage Stew, show some big balls and savage Kirsch so he can answer you! Do not hide behind Kirsch and play favorites. Do you fear Kirsch? Come on, you are Dr. Malone, you can handle Steve Kirsch. If you think Stew’s video was crap and garbage as per your substack, then tell Kirsch same thing. Kirsch is a big boy!
Look it, Stew taps into something you cannot Malone, and many cannot, he knows the pain, the anger, the hurt of the people, he feels the betrayal, the hopelessness, the vulnerability, the sense of helplessness and speaks TO them and FOR them. He feels it differently. Why? I don’t know but I love it. Comes natural for folk like me for I have arabic, Cuban, Venezuelan, island roots and so that passion and combative sh*t runs deep in my veins. I ‘get’ Stew and Alex Jones.
Judge someone by the ‘arc’ of their life, don’t go writing smack about someone if you do not know them. No one is perfect and we are all fallen in some manner and twisted and warped and imperfect. I know I am but I try daily to be a better me. I just wish to do some good in my time here as I know many are trying. It’s the least we can do in appreciation for the gift of life!
Thing is, I think deep down you Dr. Malone admire Stew and even envy him and many do, and rightly so for his talent and what he does, so why can’t you just praise the brother and hug him? Praise a brother in the fight. Come on, you can! You are not a bad person, you are a decent human being so why not show some love to the brother?
I love you man. But here’s the thing. Stew can show empathy and love when you and most cannot. That is ok. We each have different gifts. But don’t hit him for that, for his passion and want to do some good, no, try to understand and if the brother makes a mistake, tell him. Call him. Use your inner circle. We could get Stew for you if you wish to talk to him to reconcile the issue. Do you know how many I call and send e-mails (privately, not openly to disparage and insult and demean) when they make mistakes? It’s not to berate, it’s out of love. I get excited when I can show someone what to fix in what they did for I know it makes them look better and that’s the prize. I want them to succeed and they help me too for I am imperfect, prone to mistakes, and stupid and idiotic at times. I could be a bumbling fool.
So I understand Stew, he means well, love inside, like Ardis, like me, we feel the crap, deep down in us, it runs deep in us. He has the ‘thing’ so give the brother props. He is gutted for the children. It’s like when I talk to Dr. Naomi Wolf, I get the sense of deep sadness for the plight of children and women during COVID. She ‘gets’ it differently. She gets the ‘wrong’ differently. Some people just do.
My issue is I give all people credit for trying.
Children who died and hung themselves in the lockdowns, Stew is fighting for them, I know, the data came to my office while at HHS. 8 and 9 year olds hung themselves due to CDC and Fauci and Birx and Francis Collins and Teachers unions school closures. Business owners hung themselves in America, laid off employees hung themselves, they could not hold on. Stew was there day one fighting when many were hiding in basements pulling flint from between their toes and ordering uber and Amazon, as they ‘shielded and caught up on some reading and walked their dogs’ and at the same time, the poor children and women and those who could least afford to shield and ‘shelter’, faced the infection, and died. We protected the upper crust laptop class, the ‘zoom’ class in society and harmed and killed those least able to shield and remote work and hide. Shame on all of us who did it!
I know the extent of Stew’s fight from the beginning for I was involved FROM the beginning. We were talking to Stew on his show and he was giving us the forum to educate the nation. When legacy media locked us out and cancelled us. Like Ardis who worked hard throughout, like the silent but pressing Urso, real unsung heroes, so when freaks hit Ardis on the snake venom issue, I bristled and cussed for these people cannot explain what they did during this madness, how they helped, yet wanted to hit Ardis with the then ‘hip’ thing. Talking smack about the guy yet doing nothing to help, hiding behind a keyboard. A decent man trying to make a food and eat and provide for his family. Could he not eat a food too? Should he not get some help from donors too? Or only is it a select few?
To me this is a whole load of crap going on. I say calm down. We have one dragon to slay and need all hands on deck. You invoked Alex, Kennedy etc. in your battle here and in effect to nullify them. You pit them against Stew. Why? It’s your battle with Stew. You hit Stew but praise his video sidekick Kirsch so Kirsch will not slam you back. I know what you do and how it’s done. Let me see if these people like Kennedy and Alex and Kirsch et al. have the stones I know they have, so as to school you on that substack for it is wrong as written.
I think you should pull it down. When you were nowhere to be found on lockdowns and school closures, on early treatment, on vaccines, and the harms and deaths they all caused, it was Stew Peters and Alex Jones etc. who were out there banging away. Stew is engaging in informing the world and Americans first on the risks and how these vaccines have and will kill. He is doing what you failed to do! But I am concerned for your piece on Stew Peters below that is the subject of my response, as it seems very ‘Emily Osterisk AMNESTYisk’….hhhmmmm, I am thus confused by what you wrote in your piece and I highlight one paragraph that is shocking in terms of what it implies. I basically says ‘surrender’.
That, you will NEVER get. Maybe you were not clear and so I leave you to clarify what you meant. Again, huge hugs and praise Sir.
I write this musing or opinion and send it first out of love and gracious mercy and praise. Deep respect. Yet to anyone who wishes to wear a pink poissy hat as Dr. Malone suggests as they engage in the anti-lockdown lunacy pushback and anti-COVID fraud, failed, and harmful injection battle.
I say wrong Dr. Malone, wrong approach, ‘bone-headed’ (Obama liked that term ‘bone-headed’ so I will use it, note, he was one of the most divisive and failed POTUSs ever, did nothing for African Americans and in fact Trump did more for blacks and minorities in one year than what Obama failed to do in 8 years!) with this enemy, I say take it off, take off the pink hat, it is the wrong approach, we are going up in there RAMBO styling, Mandingo styling; we have an enemy to tear up figuratively as we MUST strip these alphabet health agencies down to the very studs (CDC, FDA, NIH etc.) and fumigate them and fire 100 across all agencies top down. Move them logistically to northern Alaska or on Alcatraz. These agency IMO malfeasants have had life and jobs too easy, they must now work for that salary. Then investigate and jail some. Once shown with proper judges etc. that they costed lives, then jail them long and hard!
This is one paragraph of many in this particular substack by Dr. Malone that are IMO questionable. No, I do not mean the ‘mass formation’. Separate debate. This one in particular (as placed below in bold print and enlarged) is flat out wrong. I do not defend Stew or Alex (no need to) yet know that the legal verdict and that monetary award is a terrible precedent on Alex Jones and if we stand by and cheer, we are lighting our own funeral pyres. You too will fall victim to what you cheer on today, because you were ‘offended’ by Alex Jones. I find his comments not optimal at times but so are many of what we say. We are frauds and liars to walk around with hubris when we do even worse and we know it. We are duplicitous.
I just ask you Robert to stop, stop this, stop attacking people. You tip towed around Kirsch yet hammered Stew? Yet Kirsch was a major part of the documentary and had to embrace and believe the content. Is it a money thing? You think Kirsch has a bigger following than Stew? Then you have no clue who Stew Peters is and his following. That is ‘real America, real fly over country’ Stew speaks to. How could you insult Stew yet praise Kirsh and it is laughable and you lost credibility right there.
You were willing to attack Ardis too, a good man, a great intellect, I know him, a great parent, great human being. Who cares about the snake venom bull shit? Most of what he says normally is correct. Where were you on Remdesivir when he was waging scientific jihad on Fauci et al. for it as standard of care while it was killing people? Ardis did mor to save lives with his Remdesivir than most, I argue even you. I know the science and who does and did what.
What you don’t get is that if 95% of what someone says is true yet 5% is wrong or misstated or hyperbole, you attack the 5% if you ‘don’t like them’. And you think that is ok. But you write in hyperbole too and many factual errors. So do I. The reason why I am blunt is because I don’t want your money or substack followers, I make my own. I could not care less if you cite my work or call out my name in a stack. If you slam my stack I will respond. I do not appreciate this game now being played in substack and openly with ‘good’ people who simply wish to be in the fight and to do some good too. You or I do not own the space. Now to this paragraph you wrote:

Why this statement by you Dr. Malone is very ‘Emily Oster ISTIC and problematical and concerning is because:
i)we are in the middle of a war (a real war, information war, whatever they call it, yet people have died due to actions taken) and so we use every tactic the enemy uses and more and we eviscerate them and clean them out; we fight war to win, not to chat or make friends. We even kiss and make up after yet in the battle, it’s balls to the walls and RAMBO. We return fire (figuratively in this type of battle) and more, much more!
ii)in order to fight, we have to match the enemy and in order to win, we have to employ similar and better, stronger, and overwhelm them, leave no quarter, no room to breathe or move and put that boot on the neck and not let them up figuratively. We destroy as they seek to destroy us. They seek to destroy America and our children and we must save her. They have costed lives so we must ensure justice and accountability in proper legal forums and there is no way to fight this but with overwhelmingly tactics.
Do you suggest based on the destruction to societies, lost lives among business owners, laid off employees, our children etc., who killed themselves due to the lockdown lunacy, that we have discussions with them, the enemy? That we work it out that way is the way to go? No, then you would be Professor Emily Oster seeking ‘AMNESTY’. There will be no such thing! No room for that here. Not on our watch. We seek proper justice. In proper legal tribunals etc. and jail time! So if this fight and how we wage it is too much, then maybe you sit this out now.
iii)Art of War, Sun Tzu, please read it. Lots to learn there.
iv)we need to use a flame thrower napalm on them figuratively to stop them, that is the war we are in; brutal ‘death’ fight where they are trying to kill people literally; they have done with their fraud vaccine that used your mRNA technology. With devastating lockdowns. This is RAMBO war, we need mandingos now to go at the enemy. Fearless, taking no prisoners.
v)if you prefer pink poissy hat wearing men and women in this battle, pusillanimous people, I suggest to you to step out, go back to the fence and read a while as we handle business, and we will call you when it is done, when we have fully handled business. vi)You wrote that stack in a manner as if you have the moral high-ground and elevated yourself; high-ground over who? Who gave you that distinction and title? Telling us how to wage this battle. But the way you wrote it will ensure we lose. I am thus concerned and stunned. Whose side are you on? Why put ‘our side’ in air quotes? Are you on our side fully or partially?
vii) This is a very critical time in world history and you should not be attacking people this way. We have to all come together and work towards bettering mankind. The enemy is focused, so let us focus more. The enemy is clear-eyed on their target, so we must be clear-eyed too, sensitized to them and it. If the enemy hits us once, we hit them 25 times and eviscerate them, whomever they are.
viii)Lots in that documentary ‘Died Suddenly’ is accurate. I too see some hyperbole and some looseness, but I will not say it is wrong and poor or not credible. I love it! We need more of it!
ix) In this battle against the COVID pandemic wrongs, we must unify our actions to save lives, stop the tyranny, stop the censorship, and bring to trial those who did wrong. If they did wrong and it is shown in proper legal inquiries, their money must be taken and they must be jailed! From Fauci, Birx, Azar, Bourla, Francis Collins, all, all in Trump and Biden administration who did wrong. And it is properly and legally shown in proper tribunals. They conspired against Trump and hurt his pandemic response and re-election.
I am miffed by your stack for it is clear your disdain for Stew yet again, he was in the fight day one when you were not. He IMO has done more for he may not be a MD, but he has had us all on his show and carries (handles) the questions and technicality as he should. He is intelligent and is informed. His passion is infectious, love of nation, flag. Your views on him are known. I do not need to know why the dislike, but we are in a battle and you have no more right than he to be waging in this battle and to be afforded this room to hammer him or anyone. No one does. This must stop. We have one goal, to fix things and I plead with you to help us, help us unite to achieve victory.

I’m at a loss for words–really, Dr. Robert Malone has been a hero of mine from the very beginning. But seriously, the controversy over Mass Formation is NOT because it’s not a valid concept–pioneered by Ghent University (Belgium) Clinical Psychologist Marriam Desmit, BUT because people don’t know how to be precise in their use of the English Langua. The term is Mass Formation. Get it? It is NOT Mass Psychosis, as YOU used in your post above. How are you to be taken seriously if you can’t get your terms correct?
Meanwhile, it’s a good post and I’m ashamed that Dr. Malone is doing these bad things. I can ONLY bring harm to the movement for health freedom.

wonderful compendium of what is happening with Dr Malone. I had no idea he was so deep into the ass of the Deep State. It seems Dr Malone is the “axe up the sleeve” of the Covidian Globalist Elite. I do appreciate many of Alexi Bugnolo’s words but his theory that Dr Malone “let the cat out of the bag” by stating that they were working on a vax in wuhan is simply untrue. Alexi says that if they were working on a vax in wuhan, this proves that there was no lab leaked virus but rather a lab leaked vax. What Alexi has not considered is that in order to develop a vax, you must also have samples of the disease to challenge the newly developed “vax”. Now – I am not by any means suggesting that this proves Malone’s innocence. I’ve believed for years that Malone is sketchy – at best – but this one statement doesn’t reveal any hidden truths. I also agree that the “pandemic” was not started by a lab leaked virus. This is the narrative that the globalists want you to waste your time on so you don’t focus on the REAL BIOWEAPON – the jabs.
They also don’t want you looking into how the DOJ funded and colluded with pharma to create this biomedical experiment on it’s own citizens to forward what they believed was a technocratic globalist agenda – which is bad enough – but I don’t believe they knew exactly what they were signing up for. At the very same time this was taking place, pharma had a completely separate hidden agenda…genocide. They KNEW that their product would eventually kill or maim over 30% of those that partook in their medical intervention. But don’t you worry – they’ve already created a new experimental medical device/intervention (that they will call a vaccine) for the chronic illness/autoimmune disease that their first vaccine gifted you with.
Another thing that they really don’t want you to pay too much attention to is the technocratic infrastructure they are setting up as we speak. The jabs are only half of the infrastructure necessary to connect humans to “the grid”. 5G and starlink are the other half. One cannot function without the other. If you want to save yourselves and your legacy from this digital dystopia, stay focused. Don’t fall for the “current thing”. Stop building your own jail cells! Stop funding those that would see you and all those you love “owning nothing and being happy about it”. That means quit buying blackrock and vanguard products. Look up which products they fund and stop using them. Support mom and pop shops and local growers. Build a local network. Stop using credit cards. Store your assets at your local credit union instead of big banks that are getting rich off the backs of regular people and then using their ill gotten gains to fund the complete and total subjugation of humanity.
We can make a difference. There are more of us then there are of them. We must start working together on this. It won’t be easy but just start with one thing a week. I won’t buy dairy from Walmart this week – instead I will contact my local dairy. Next week I will start a garden…etc. CONVENIENCE HAS A PRICE. IT PUTS YOU IN CHAINS and makes you and your family dependent on others for survival. God Bless you all.

One must remember, Malone is admittedly jabbed, twice. Dr. Breggin has himself explained how these mRna shots alter one’s personality. Could it be Malone’s behavior is erratic because he is suffering known phychological mind altering effects from the jabs? Jabs that admittedly nearly killed him? I don’t know that I would surmise necessarily he is controlled opposition simply because his views are more establishment based, I wouldn’t expect anything different from someone so entrenched in the hallowed halls (Salk Institute) of vax development. Incredibly, I have heard Malone’s thinking evolve these last months to where he now questions the viability of the entire childhood schedule. Perhaps his inability to “brush off” the (somewhat spurious) critique being levied against him by many in the freedom movement speaks to his deteriorating mental state, thanks to the very technology he innovated. The irony. I wish all parties well and for a peaceable resolve.
Perhaps Malone owes a bunch of favors or is being blackmailed by deep state WEF gang? On the legal, judges seem to be ruling in favor of supporting the WHO approved line. So if Malone is blackmailed, his suit will be given a win, even if its incoherent and baseless. Dr Breggin seems to have refuted the charges against him in his published explanations of his speech and writings on the issue of mass formation. Who knows more about psychosis, Malone or Breggin? This is the question I would ask the jury.
