After watching, I have the following reflections:

In my mind the analysis by the Duran is without peer, especially when they discuss what is happening in Ukraine and the general picture they paint in Europe.

One thing that bothers me is what they DON’T Say.

They have never mentioned any of the dire predictions (even threats) coming from influential people on mainstream  Russian television or indeed the apocalyptic comments by Dmitry Medvedev.

Is this normalcy bias or an unspoken fear?

On the other hand, I do not see these as threats but rather as warnings. I do not see the Russians ever using nukes unless their back is against the wall, their literal existence threatened.

There is absolutely no sense that this is the case even with this latest offensive by the Ukraihians which history (think of the German offensive in the Ardennes in 1945) shows may be their last hurrah. Watch the video to say why.

As for the other side, both in terms of their military doctrine and their complete incompetence combined with arrogance, I could not be so confident.

I have some knowledge of history but no tools to predict but that is the way it seems to me.
