What follows is Hal Turner’s fair-enough, not totally accurate, description of the history of the conflict in Ukraine for which the West – NATO and the United States from George W.Bush onwards takes primary responsibility. If you want a more accurate background and want to do some research of your own I suggest you search under “Stephen Cohen” in the meta tags.
This is something that I have been following for some weeks and that I was alerted to by the Hal Turner so that, whatever his failings (he is not one to dot his i’s and cross his t’s) , he has proven accurate.
Hal Turner is often hyperbolic but this time I am not sure he is. There are too many other sources starting to come out and confirm what he has been saying.
There has been a build-up of Ukrainian troops along with the publicly-stated desire by Ukraine, aided and abetted by the Biden regime who have started within weeks where Obama left off. This time Russia is strong enough to say NO,they will defend both their strategic interests in the Crimea (ask yourself how a self-respecting Russia could have allowed the West to take their naval port in Sevastopol from under their noses as well as the breakaway republics of Lugansk and Donetsk in the Donbass.
If what Turner says is accurate the Ukrainians as well as NATO have been shocked by unwillingness of Moscow to (once again) back down.
I have sufficient background (both in a knowledge of the history of Russia and the Soviet Union as well of the Russian language to know when someone is lying.
What happens next depends on who blinks first and whether Ukraine will go ahead with a hair-brained idea (implanted in their mind after a four-year period of relative peace under Trump, by Biden and his handlers) of invading Donbass and Crimea.
Being no expert, it seems to me that with an unprecedented build-up of forces along its border with Ukraine, Russia is ready to respond to the next provocation.
This time they mean business
