I first learned about about an October 4 nationwide emergency alert system test.

Get ready for an alert on your cellphones, televisions and radios on Oct. 4. No, It’s NOT the Zombie Apocalypse. No, it won’t trigger self-assembling nano-technology from the COVID-19 Vax to kill you. It’s just a test.
At 2:20 PM on October 4, the federal government will test its nationwide Emergency Alert System and Wireless Emergency Alerts. The purpose is to ensure that the systems continue to be an effective means of warning the public about national emergencies.
Cell towers will broadcast the test for approximately 30 minutes. All wireless phones should receive the message only once.
People will cell phones will get a message that reads: “THIS IS A TEST of the National Wireless Emergency Alert System. No action is needed.”Phones with the main menu set to Spanish will display: “ESTA ES UNA PRUEBA del Sistema Nacional de Alerta de Emergencia. No se necesita acción.”
To help ensure that these alerts are accessible to the entire public, including people with disabilities, the alerts are accompanied by a unique tone and vibration.
FEMA and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) are coordinating with Emergency Alert System participants, wireless providers, emergency managers and other stakeholders in preparation for this national test to minimize confusion and to maximize the public safety value of the test.
The alert to be sent through radio and television broadcasters, cable systems and satellite radio is scheduled to last about one minute. It will state: “This is a nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System, issued by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, covering the United States from 14:20 to 14:50 hours ET. This is only a test. No action is required by the public.”
If the Wednesday, Oct. 4, test is postponed due to widespread severe weather or other significant events, the back-up testing date is Wednesday, Oct. 11.
Hal Turner is able to say “it won’t trigger self-assembling nano-technology from the COVID-19 Vax to kill you. It’s just a test.” because he KNOWS and is TELLING you.
For some reason the man who comes out with the most dire predictions (mostly based on his anonymous sources) is suddently tell you to TRUST THE GOVERNMENT.
Perhaps it might behoove you not just to listen to what people tell you and to do your own research and act according to what your gut is telling you. What would you lose by turning everything off and going fishing?

On September 20, I wrote a post highlighting a video by one Jason Shurka, warning that a 5G signal could be broadcast worldwide on October 4 (or, failing that, October 11), with what may well be an apocalyptic purpose.
After I wrote that post, and as I was about to put it up, I found that Shurka’s video had been “removed by the uploader”; and so I figured that the video was wrong, or fake, or otherwise mistaken, so I let it go.
But Greg Reese has just revisited the issue, and so compellingly that I am moved to post this warning after all. His case is strengthened by Todd Callender’s elucidation of precisely what that 5G signal would let loose inside the bodies of the “vaccinated”—i.e., the Marburg virus, among other pathogens, in order to bring on that “zombie apocalypse” which has been cinematically foretold for many years, and which the military has, in fact, been planning for. It sure sounds crazy, doesn’t it? But if, back in (say) 2019, someone had forewarned of a “pandemic” in the works, followed by a “vaccination” drive that would have deadly consequences all around the world—a process that would devastate society, explode the world economy, wipe out basic human rights and turn the world’s “free press” into a global Ministry of Truth—you surely would have called that “crazy,” too.

October 4 FEMA emergency alert test is ‘criminal battery,’ experts say
On September 29, (at 12 pm ET – ed) a livestream symposium of attorneys, physicians and other experts will discuss the dangers of FEMA’s October 4 emergency alert and other issues related to 5G.
“We will present overwhelming evidence that signals from cell phone towers are not only capable of causing grievous bodily harm, but are designed to do so,” said attorney Todd Callender, a symposium speaker. “For example, these signals could create a viral hemorrhagic fever outbreak designed to force Americans into quarantine centers and into compulsory experimental ‘vaccines.’”

I had a disagreement on bitchute with David Knight about this issue. One of the commenters stated that 5G cannot go above a certain GHz threshold. Then I showed him this…The third sentence clarifies what frequencies are attributable to 5G.
The videos out there indicate an 18GHz transmission to be delivered on Oct.4th. I would not take any chances either. And please forgive me I’m tired and forget your name.

1. Abstract:
5G, ultra-high frequency wireless networks face numerous hurdles due to significant
signal attenuation in materials and large path loss. Empirical research on signal attenuation has
been limited to low frequencies or very select high frequencies. This paper utilizes Finite
Element Analysis in COMSOL Multiphysics to analyze signal attenuation in materials over a
range of the frequency spectrum, from 100Mhz to 40Ghz, which is inclusive of 5G wireless
frequencies. The focus of this paper is on glass and dry wood, as well as wet wood
(representative of trees), as these materials are some of the most likely to stand in the way
between users and cellular nodes. Utilizing various finite element mesh sizes, the analysis found
that moderate signal attenuation starts to occur at frequencies above 10GHz, with more severe
attenuation starting to occur in the 20-30GHz range. Glass and wet wood effectively block all
signals above 30GHz, and while dry wood doesn’t lead to attenuation as severe as glass or wet
wood, it is still large enough to make signal reception behind such a material impractical.
