Russian biologist Igor Nikulin, who was presented as a former member of the U.N. Commission on Biological and Chemical Weapons, sounded the alarm in a February 27, 2020 interview on Russia Today’s Arabic-language channel where he said that he believes it is no coincidence that the coronavirus had the effect it did in China, Iran, and certain European countries.
He said that coronavirus was carefully selected to affect countries that rival the United States and that it is a conspiracy by the “global government,” which he said consists of 200 families that control over $400 trillion, that own the media outlets and Hollywood, that control the minds of humanity, and that want to decrease the world’s population by 90%.
He suggested that it may be possible that coronavirus is a targeted biological weapon, like he said Ebola and the bird flu were, that infects some people and not others, and he said that the U.S. government may be testing a pathogenic agent it began developing in 1999.
Nikulin also said that this is a warning to the non-English-speaking world that it must submit to the laws that are imposed upon it.

Military expert Igor Nikulin, on the air of the Opinion program, announced that the United States is conducting experiments with biological weapons on the territory of third countries that have lost their subjectivity.
“The Americans have continued their biological programs for the past 20-30 years, despite the fact that they signed a convention banning the development and stockpiling of biological weapons. The United States has established about 400 biolaboratories around the world. In 2014, Obama banned dangerous experiments on the territory of the United States and now they are transferring them to the territory of third countries, as a rule, geopolitical opponents surrounding them, to which they include Russia, Iran, China, Syria, Iraq, etc., ”said the military expert Igor Nikulin.
At the same time, Igor Nikulin stated that since about 1999 the United States has adopted a program to create designer viruses. The director of the CIA then set the task for the American military-industrial complex to create pathogens that would be ethnically specific. Such pathogens already exist.
“The Americans are working in this direction, trying to circumvent this convention. They do not conduct such experiments on their territory, they conduct such experiments on the territory of third countries that have lost their subjectivity, ”the military expert added.
The interlocutor stressed that experiments are not prohibited by the convention, but the United States does not have the right to stockpile weapons. Therefore, in Ukraine, on February 24, 2022, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine decided to destroy all accumulated pathogens, it was about hundreds and thousands of liters of plague, pseudo fever, pseudotuberculosis, etc. These volumes could destroy the entire population of Europe.
“There is enough evidence about the use of biological weapons by the United States, Russia should initiate the creation of some kind of international agency for biological security, at least within the framework of the BRICS. China, India, Brazil and South Africa will support such a solution, because all these countries have become victims of the criminal experiments of the Anglo-Americans in this area. We need to work in this direction,” summed up Igor Nikulin.
