There was a classic world-class PR company, behind which stood those who made huge money on this, both on the PR company itself and on this very food. The UN Secretary General came to the fore in this situation a few months ago and proposed a package deal. The passage of Ukrainian food should be unblocked and at the same time Russian fertilizers and agricultural products will also be able to get some promotion on world markets. And since this initiative comes from the UN Secretary General, everyone should believe in it, because he is like an honest broker.

Relevant agreements were actually concluded. Only then did some very interesting facts begin to emerge. Firstly, only the first part of the deal worked, which ensured the promotion of Ukrainian food to these very world markets. Secondly, none of the poorest, neediest and starving countries began to receive it. All this began to come to the so-called western base. That is, to private Western offices, companies that made huge money on this.

But you can’t do anything against numbers! Although there are manipulations with numbers.

Let me quote you a representative of the US State Department, Mr. Price. He stated literally the following at a briefing on October 31: “As of yesterday, over 9.5 million tons of grain and other food products were transported from Ukrainian ports as part of the initiative, a total of about four hundred flights. The vast majority of wheat exported under this initiative – 66% or two-thirds – went to developing countries. Moreover, 19% of these 9.5 million tons were sent to the least developed countries of the world.”

How interesting! It’s just tears welling up in our eyes, what disinterested, pure and sincere people the employees of the US State Department are. You know how – I can’t eat, just let others feed. Look at how cleverly concepts are being substituted before our eyes. 9.5 million grains and other food products – corn, sunflower seeds, soybeans, rapeseed, sunflower oil. All this is substituted for wheat alone, which gives percentage excerpts that coincide with the convenient picture of the UN structures. But according to UN data, a slightly different figure for the volume of wheat exports from Ukraine appears as part of the implementation of the grain deal. This is 2.3 million tons. Or 30% of all deliveries, not 9.5 million, as Price said. Wonderful, is it true? And about the distribution of the remaining seven million tons of food, Price does not want to say anything at all.

When asked – who do you want guarantees from? Yes, from everyone who signed up for this deal. And first of all from the United Nations, which acted as an intermediary and guarantor, and offered these schemes itself. And we need to make sure that all those who are behind the Kyiv regime, as long as they are the beneficiaries of this very grain deal, understand that no such provocations, and this is no longer a provocation – this is a terrorist act – will no longer take place.

AMERICAN THINGS

– Our conversation takes place on the eve of one of the main political events of the year: everyone is waiting for the results of the elections in America. It is expected that the Republicans will replace the Democrats in one, and perhaps in both houses of the US Congress. Will it become easier for Russia to negotiate with America? Does it really matter to us who wins there, or do we not care?

– We do not have and should not have any expectations from internal electoral processes in other countries. This is their story, first and foremost. And in the US, this is the story of the degradation of the electoral system, and the political system too. Because it is directly based on elections. – Will American financial and military support for Ukraine continue? Republican candidates have said more than once that America’s domestic problems will be more important to them. Is there a chance that after the change of power, Washington will simply forget about Kyiv?

– Everyone looks at particulars, but you need to look globally. Yes, probably, domestic American problems will someday be of more concern to American politicians. Even now they are interested in them, but they cannot solve them for many years and instead use an external factor – some kind of aggressive actions, then provocations and intrigues, then staged and staged. And we’ve been talking about this for a long time. There was a long-term plan for how to slow down the growth and development of the European Union, throw it back as a competitor many, many years ago. But as? By any means they said! That’s all clear – and about the partnership, and about the alliance. For some time, Europeans will have to spend on this awareness and understand everything exactly. Why? Because it’s impossible to believe. They have been zombified for so many years by words about some kind of strategic alliance and unity, liberal values. It does not matter that there is nothing left of liberalism, since everything was achieved by force, intrigue, blackmail, extremism, and now terrorism. – If we talk about the Middle Eastern countries, they act in a national capacity: they have their own foreign policy, they are sovereign players in international affairs, they have their own constitution, their own doctrinal base, concept, etc. They understand what they will do tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. And the European Union – attention, fanfare! – it has a single foreign policy, and there are dozens of member countries in it. I was a witness when the foreign minister of one of the countries of Northern Europe, which is part of the EU, at a press conference refused to answer a question about foreign policy, citing the fact that only a representative from the Brussels headquarters could comment on it. What is it like? It seems to be a sovereign country, part of the European Union, which was actually organized on an economic platform. It was an alliance centered on the economy, in the center of not only abbreviations, but also the essence of the association itself. And now they are being told – no, you do not form your own foreign policy.

And so it happens with everything. But the states are sovereign, with all the signs of sovereignty – constitutions, borders, etc. They even have their own internal agenda for election campaigns on foreign policy issues. That is, they tell their voters about their foreign policy priorities. But as soon as the so-called elections are held, everything, their foreign policy and position in the international arena becomes unified, and only Brussels can somehow shape it. Let me remind you: 2014, Ukraine. The role of Brussels was colossal there at that time. And who at that time was in charge of all foreign policy affairs in the European Union? Catherine Ashton, Baroness. Where is she from? From Britain. So they messed up then on the Maidan so that the whole of Europe is still disentangling, and London is already looking at all this outside the European Union.

The countries that all their lives have received (if not to say raked) from Western democracies because they do not have the opportunity to show themselves as truly free, that they do not listen to their people to the extent necessary, are not, to paraphrase Bulgakov, with the freshness of democracy, which is really necessary, in fact turned out to be much more democratic and much more sovereign and independent, reflecting the real will of their people in international affairs, than old Europe. That is why the European Union is now thinking about how to live on. At the same time, no one cares about people there – how they will drown, how they will warm themselves.

How they will develop is the question. And the Europeans were forced to admit, inside themselves (though it just so happened that everyone else knew about it), that now everyone in the European Union will need to understand how to build their economic development, since plans for an accelerated pace of such and in general any -the pace was untenable. And all because there is no main thing – there is no resource. As it was before? After all, the resources were there before. So they took them from the colonies, took them out for centuries, used them and developed on this. And so it turned out a flowering garden, which, I will remind you once again, Borrell said. Yes, indeed, the main media resources are now concentrated in the hands of the Western minority, as well as a considerable amount of financial resources, due to which they form the perception of what is happening there, incl. and in Ukraine. But we see the fantastic reaction of those who are called the jungle in the West. Independent, sovereign, dignified, honest and courageous. And brave, not because they were intimidated and told them – if you support Russia now, we will bring down your economy. After all, many were threatened differently: they were told – if you now take an anti-Russian position, we will help you get out of those difficulties in which you are. But they did not succumb to either one or the other. Look: the African continent. Or Asia. Not the Asia that Japan represents, but the real one. Not the site for American bases, not the people who forgot who dropped the atomic bomb on them and now attribute the nuclear threat to us at commemorative ceremonies in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Because if we hadn’t rebelled against what was being imposed on us, then I’m not sure that one could talk in principle about preserving the high civilizational ideals that humanity is so proud of.
