This is from Max Igan from the midst of the floods.  This raises the usual ‘either-or’ arguments of whether this is climate change OR weather warfare.  I do believe, myself that there is manipulation of the weather but I do not believe for a minute that this explains everything from the melting of the Arctic ice to catastrophic floods and wildfires (last year).

I think Max Igan has something useful to say despite his denial of anthropogenic global warming and the mainstream media has very little to contribute.

Reality is complicated and messy and singular narratives do not come close to explaining it.
