Putin’s transhumanist “smart city-2030”
The President of Russia met with the Mayor of Moscow and praised the “active development of the city” by Sobyanin SS and Co., expressing the hope that “the capital’s mayor and his team will continue it.”

«И должен заверить вас, Владимир Владимирович, что мы продолжим все эти программы, это только часть из них. Город должен развиваться комплексно, качественно и динамично», — заключил Собянин.
