Russian Chief of Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological Protection, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, on Zvezda today: “They (US) have a policy of global biological control. They understood that by creating artificial biological crises, they can rule the world.” Kirillov highlights how US Big Pharma companies have enriched themselves by the release of the SARS-CoV-2, and how the damage from the pandemic is “dozens times greater” than the aftermath of WW2. He also highlights Russia’s repeated efforts to bring thousands of documents to the UN, with which the US repeatedly denies to cooperate. It’s safe to say, things are escalating surrounding the biolabs in Ukraine, and it’s safe to say we are already at war with Russia. WW3 is well underway.

Russian Defense Ministry: US seeks global control over the biological situation

Based on these goals, the Americans created the Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy.

The United States is striving for global biological control. This was announced by the head of the RKhBZ troops Igor Kirillov. 

To achieve its goals, the US created the Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy. Information about this was posted on the White House website on July 21 this year.

According to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, this structure can be engaged in developing a course and coordinating actions to combat biological threats – both known and unknown. At the same time, the studied pathogens can provoke a global emergency. The department is also working on the creation of vaccines and drugs for stopping viruses and is engaged in the introduction of advanced technologies in bioproduction.

It will be led by Paul Friedrichs, Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for Global Health Security and Biosecurity at the National Security Council.

Kirillov did not rule out that the United States is preparing for a new pandemic. The “defensive technologies” of the Pentagon can be used both for offensive purposes and for achieving global control by creating crisis situations of a biological nature.

Also, the Russian Ministry of Defense published new names of Ukrainian employees of the Ministry of Health involved in the military biological activities of the United States. Among them are employees of the Ukrainian Science and Technology Center involved in the study of COVID-19 in the interests of the United States.

The Russian government is starting the process of unilaterally withdrawing from a series of international bodies, including the World Trade Organization and the World Health Organization, the Russian Duma’s Deputy Speaker Pyotr Tolstoy said on Tuesday.

“We have work to revise our international obligations, treaties that today bring no benefit, but instead directly harm our country. The Foreign Ministry sent a list of such agreements to the State Duma,” Tolstoy said. “Together with the Federation Council, we plan to analyze them and to propose to withdraw,” he added.

Tolstoy singled out the international trade and health organizations, saying that “the next step is to withdraw from the WTO and the WHO, which have neglected all obligations towards our country.”
