I have had a Soundcloud account for some years and went onto an unlimited account.

The other day I renewed my subscription, should have got a verification email but did not. When I tried going into my account to upload an audio I found I couldn’t.

All attempts to contact them – even by looking up a third party site for information and opening a ticket as suggested were all to no avail.

They are totally UN-contact-ABLE.

I have decided to simplify my life by deleting the account and losing a whole heap of material.

Let’s hope they pay my money back. I do not have the energy to go back to my bank and go through a long process of trying to resolve the issue for the nth time since the start of the “pandemic”
