Truth not in line with “community standards”: the Masters of the Universe have restricted an 18 month-old video

Truth not in line with “community standards”: the Masters of the Universe have restricted an 18 month-old video

All of a sudden You Tube have sent me an email: Here is my reaction: You would have to ask yourselves why 18 months later the CCP censors (or their proxies) feel the need to restrict information coming out right at the beginning of the covid-19 “pandemic” (actually before it was called a pandemic and before it was called “covid-19”). Why not sign in and have a look. Interestingly, that video had over a thousand views: it has been a…

It is getting close to home

It is getting close to home

This is from my sister in the UK. Back home my partner overheard a conversation whereby the financially fortunate are booking in for their jabs in another suburb because the Maori are turning down the “invitation”. These idiots are booking the whole family (including children) for the jab. “M.  went into hospital a fortnight ago with a very painful ulcer on his foot, whilst there he caught Coronovirus, fortunately mild as he has had both Pfizer jabs. He is recovering…

RIP Ida Wade 1939-2021

RIP Ida Wade 1939-2021

One of my most dedicated readers, Ida Wade passed away after a short illness two days ago. She was one of my inspirations for starting Seemorerocks 10 years ago and for keeping at it. She always knew that on those days when I didn’t post something was up with me. Ida, you had such a beautiful, peaceful  passing – you are at peace now.

NZ electricity companies drained water off the hydro lakes to keep prices high

NZ electricity companies drained water off the hydro lakes to keep prices high

Government will BURN COAL for electric cars or collapse the economy. Jacinda Adern likes to play pretend that we are all going to be driving electric cars (or at least those who have not been eliminated or forced into poverty) without once asking the question where all this electricity is going to come from. The answer is either COAL or the economy will be collapsed (and NOT ONLY from attacks on the farming industry). NZ GOVERNMENT WANTS US ALL TO…

Ongoing woes with this site

I have made a video to demonstrate what I have to put up with every day. It was suggested by Orange Website that the fact that my disk usage is getting high might be a factor “We could find that the disk usage of your account is 83%. Also, your account is hacked, please restore the account from the jetbackup available in cPanel. Also, change the cPanel password to a strong one. Please keep the plugins and themes updated and…

Help needed

Help needed

I need some help or advice. For about a week my blog has been very, very slow and sometimes plain irresponsive while anything else I want to do elsewhere works perfectly fine.  I get messages such as the following.  Could people let me know if this blog is loading slower than anything else so I can tell the hosts?

From a friend in a small town in NZ

From a friend in a small town in NZ

This is the first-hand account of a close friend of ours. Our friend, in her late 60’s, a caregiver in a small South Island rest home, had her second Covid jab last week. She reported feeling fine after the first jab but terribly unwell after the second. The rest home was unable to give her time off to recover as they were very short staffed so she battled on, with the support of a fellow nurse who “carried me through”.  …

An anecdote

An anecdote

I don’t have a lot of opportunities for social interaction these days but we had a couple of friends that we have known for over 30 years for brunch. I noticed that the man was totally avoiding direct conversation or eye contact so I decided to make the first step and ask to his face “what is good and new in your life“? That was an invitation to answer with a long story addressed to the middle distance about his…
