Hal Turner reported that Ukraine is massing 15,000-20,000 troops. He says,
The Russia-Ukraine situation is EXPANDING and when it does, we are all well on our way to World War 3.
If Ukraine attacks that enclave, it thinks it can get it hands on the twenty-thousand TONS of Soviet-era weaponry and ammunition stored in Kobasna, which would fulfil Ukraine’s ammo needs for a full year against Russia.
In the meantime, this just came out.
Otherwise, silence from the usual sources.

Hal Turner and Gonzalo Lira are reporting the Battle of Bakhmut is over
It took months of fierce and deadly fighting, but the city of Bakhmut, Ukraine is now, officially, tactically-encircled by the Russian Army. Upwards of seven thousand (7,000) Ukraine troops are now trapped and cannot get out.
This morning, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported to Ukraine President Zelensky about the tactical encirclement and the impossibility of evacuating the remaining Ukrainian units.
However, the Ukrainians are reporting:
The Ukrainian apologists may be referring to this.
From a Russian source
A few hours ago, the Ukrainian military blew up a dam in the west of Bakhmut, as a result of which the water began to cut off the city from the current positions of the Wagner PMC. Such desperate measures indicate that the Armed Forces of Ukraine intend to leave certain areas of the city, believing that their further defense will only lead to serious losses, which emphasizes the successful offensive of the Wagner PMC.
On the presented video frames, you can see the consequences of the dam explosion in the Bakhmut area. At the moment, it is known that as a result of the explosion of the dam, the northwestern, northern and northeastern parts of Bakhmut were flooded, while the most critical situation is in the area of the settlement. Stupki, where units of the Wagner PMC are currently conducting their offensive.
It is noteworthy that as a result of the explosion of the dam, the defensive positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were flooded and destroyed, which indicates that the defense line of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in this direction has shifted deeper into the city, however, this also makes it difficult for Wagner PMC forces to occupy these positions

From Hal Turner
Russian military journalist Semyon Pegov said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked an airfield near Minsk, Belarus with drones.
Additional sources report that local residents heard sounds of 2 explosions at 08:00-09:30 (Minsk time) in the area of Machulishchy airfield, Minsk region.
There’re also reports that another explosion was heard at night. The location and the cause of the explosions are unknown.
According to the sources, several Russian military transport planes and several snow plows were damaged.
No official statement from Belarus or Russia regarding this incident.
It is about 300km from the nearest point in Ukraine, so a “drone” strike seems – on its face – to be unlikely.
If, however, this was an attack by Ukraine against Belarus, the implications are . . . . well . . . you know.
FROM BELARUS BYPOL
BYPOL is the OPPOSITION Intelligence Network inside Belarus. They OPPOSE President Lukashenko and they OPPOSE the Russian action in Ukraine. From BYPOL I can now positively report that, in addition to an attack having actually taken place, a Belarusian AWACS, similar to the one shown in a file photo below, was damaged.
The air field in question is shown on the scalable map below.
