Winter in New Zealand – the hot blob in the Tasman has dissipated
This is what I was reporting last year, along with super-warm conditions.
We are having something more akin to a winter – with colder conditions but very little sun.
The meteorologists and people on social media will interpret this as “part of a cycle” and see it in terms of localism. However the Bot Blob has more or less dissipated compared with elsewhere on the Globe.
