Yuval Harari: AI Can Hack Humans….New AI-Written Bible Is Possible Soon
This together with what Karen Kingston has to day about the “vaccine” kill-shot is what keeps me up at night.
Hebrew University professor Yuval Harari warned that artificial intelligence can already hack humans. He also believes it will soon create a new religion with its own Bible written by artificial intelligence. Rick and Doc will talk about this, the “Godfather” of AI and his warning to the world, the bank bailout fallout, plus more on this edition of TruNews.

Yuval Noah Harari paints a grim picture of the AI age, roots for safety checks
Celebrated author Yuval Noah Harari has said that AI has “hacked” the operating system of human civilization.
Artificial intelligence is shaking up the world. While experiments and research in this sub-field of computer science have been ongoing for decades, the recent launch of OpenAI’s powerful chatbot ChatGPT seems to be a seminal point in the timeline of AI technologies. The chatbot’s astounding abilities have led many companies to try their hands at developing their own chatbots or even integrating similar AI in their products and services
But Bill Gates loves it

Could ChatGPT create a new RELIGION? World is on the verge of a contemporary faith started by an AI writing its own sacred texts, historian claims
- Yuval Noah Harari said AI like ChatGPT could attract worshippers to a new faith
- Academic said AI had crossed new frontier by ‘gaining mastery’ of our language
The world is on the verge of a new religion created by artificial intelligence, the historian Yuval Noah Harari has claimed.
The academic – known for his bestselling book Sapiens – said software such as ChatGPT could attract worshippers by writing its own sacred texts.
Speaking at a science conference, he said AI had crossed a new frontier by ‘gaining mastery’ of our language and was now capable of using it to shape human culture.
Dr Harari used the event to add his voice to growing calls for urgent regulation over the sector, which experts have warned is amid a ‘dangerous’ arms race.
He said: ‘In the future we might see the first cults and religions in history whose revered texts were written by a non-human intelligence.

‘Godfather of AI’ quits Google and gives warning about the future of technology
‘I don’t think they should scale this up more until they have understood whether they can control it,’ Geoffrey Hinton says
Geoffrey Hinton, known as the “godfather of AI”, has quit Google with a terrifying warning about the dangers the technology poses.
Geoffrey Hinton worked at Google for more than a decade and developed technology that paved the way for current AI systems such as ChatGPT. But he had decided to quit the company so that he could sound the alarm about the dangers of artificial intelligence.
He told The New York Times that he regrets the work he contributed to the field. “I console myself with the normal excuse: If I hadn’t done it, somebody else would have,” he said.
In the short term, he fears the technology will mean that people will “not be able to know what is true anymore” because of the proliferation of fake images, videos and text, he said.
But in the future, AI systems could eventually learn unexpected, dangerous behaviour, and that such systems will eventually power killer robots. He also warned that the technology could cause harmful disruption to the labour market.
“The idea that this stuff could actually get smarter than people — a few people believed that,” he said. “But most people thought it was way off. And I thought it was way off. I thought it was 30 to 50 years or even longer away. Obviously, I no longer think that.”
He warned that regulation is required to ensure that companies such as Google and Microsoft do not get locked into a dangerous race. Those companies might already be working on dangerous systems in secret, he suggested.
“I don’t think they should scale this up more until they have understood whether they can control it,” he said.
ChatGPT creator says there’s 50% chance AI ends in ‘doom’
Warnings of artificial intelligence apocalypse continue to grow
One of the creators of ChatGPT has added to a growing chorus of researchers warning of the potentially catastrophic consequences of artificial intelligence development.
Former OpenAI worker Paul Christiano, who now runs AI research non-profit Alignment Research Center, said he believed there was a significant chance that the technology would lead to the destruction of humanity.
The main danger, he claimed, will come when AI systems reach and surpass the cognitive capacity of a human. Dr Christiano predicts there is a “50/50 chance of doom” once this moment arrives.
“I tend to imagine something like a year’s transition from AI systems that are a pretty big deal, to kind of accelerating change, followed by further acceleration, et cetera,” he told the Bankless podcast.
“I think once you have that view then a lot of things may feel like AI problems because they happen very shortly after you build AI.”
